There was a day, I went to a restaurant and had an apple cider vinegar (ACV) drink. It would be better to add more fruits, I think.
It's one of my favourite refreshing drinks.
Ingredients:
- Apple shreds / Japanese Cucumber shreds
- Boiled sour plum & cinnamon stick in hot water
- Honey for sweetening
- Lime / Lemon (if you put lemon, please add some peels)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Soda (optional)
Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar:
- aiding weight loss
- reducing cholesterol
- lowering blood sugar levels
- improving the symptoms of diabetes
