Rainforest Medicine and Therapy

History : The art called Shinrin-Yoku is called Forest Bathing.  Originated in Japan the early 1980s. It is form of natural therapy to cleanse our mind and body. Due to our digital age and stressful of our lifestyle were lose sense of life. Some of us grow up childhoods in the forest. We spent great of time looking our surrounding opening all our sense’s the beauty and mystery inside forest. Some of us wasn't so unlucky. It is never too late...

Forest Bathing is antioxidant activity and antimicrobial. Biophilia hypothesis concept biological to connection with nature and other forms of life.

Scientific prove help us improve our immune system and to fight killer cells. By basic form of way, Shinrin-Yuko. The purpose of the page is to introduce forest bathing and understand what nature had to offer us. Also to protect our forests ecosystem from disaster.
